Scholarships Available

Jo Daviess County Extension and 4-H Foundation announces the availability of the Ralph & Katherine Norris Scholarship and the Jo Daviess County Association for Home & Community Education Scholarship.

Ralph & Katherine Norris donated funds to provide scholarships for Jo Daviess County residents studying agriculture or related fields. Scholarships will be awarded to people pursuing a two or four-year degree program as full-time students.
