Duckmann Takes Council To School

Wayne Duckmann, the Director of Community and Economic Development for the City of Freeport, just became my favorite Freeport employee.

For those who may have missed it, I encourage you to check out the You Tube video of the Freeport City Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting held on January 13th.

There were several things on the agenda, and in a nutshell – a ton of time was wasted going over a lot of stuff that could have been done in a matter of minutes if all of the Council Members actually read their packet or did their homework, but ... that's the normal complaint.
