Perhaps you've seen my offer of $40 to anyone who can get me a certified (court admissible) copy of the members of the Northwest Illinois Enterprise Zone Board. I would expect that for a trained investigator like yourself, such a task would be easy. How are (sic) should it be to get a certified copy of people that are charged with giving tax subsidies through northwest Illinois? I figured I'd make you the offer too, get me a certified copy in the next ten days you can have $40.
