Redemption

The scene was something you would expect from a Hollywood movie script.

All season long, Galena and Stockton battled it out for volleyball supremacy. The Pirates beat Stockton in an early season tournament, but in their first conference battle in Galena – the Blackhawks swept them in two. But the victory was short-lived as Galena knocked off Stockton on their home floor in the rematch – leaving them tied for the NUIC West crown.
