As many people are aware, I have been dealing – as many of us are – with the payment of my sins regarding diet as I have been added to the roles of people in America with type two diabetes.

The number of pills needed each day makes me feel like I’m a walking pharmacy, and the need to inject insulin twice a day has been hidden to this point, but I’m sure that somewhere down the road...
