Community Connections Meeting

Senator Andrew Chesney (R-Freeport) filled a meeting room at the Stephenson County Farm Bureau Building on Wednesday when he held a town hall-style meeting with local constituents. Co-hosting the event with Chesney was Stephenson County Board Chairman Scott Helms.

"This was our fifth in a series of seven Community Connections events throughout the 45th Senate District, and the crowd in Freeport was our best yet," said Chesney. "I provided a brief Springfield update and then we spent about an hour on Q and A with an engaged audience."
