Another Mind-Numbing Meeting

You would think that as Freeport City Council meetings progress, some of the weaker Council members would begin to improve – you know, finally understand how Roberts Rules of Order work, or maybe realize where they are clueless and begin to at least try to not come across as completely clueless … I mean, that doesn’t seem like an unreasonable request.
