Teacup Flower Arrangements

Join University of Illinois Extension Program Coordinator Nikki Keltner for Teacup Flower Arrangements. This program is being held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 15 at the Jo Daviess County Extension Office, 204 N. Vine Street, Elizabeth, IL 61028. There is a $15 fee to attend the class and pre-registration is required. Participants will leave with a fresh flower arrangement to take home with them.
