On Nov. 27, the Scheider Family generously donated $1,000 in memory of Le-Win Alumnus Terry Scheider to sponsor a student for the 2024 Le-Win Music Trip.
Janice Scheider explained the donation was a fitting way to honor her late husband, who passed away in January 2022. Le-Win Music Programs have meant a great deal to the Scheider Family. Terry himself was active in the Lena-Winslow Marching Band, as well as their three children and a grandchild. The family hopes that this gift will ensure a student who might otherwise not be able to experience the trip can do so.
