Stockton Health Screen Planned

Midwest Medical Center (MMC) will be at the Stockton Ambulance building, 113 East Queen Street on Wednesday, October 4 from 7:30 – 9:30 AM conducting health screening. No appointment is needed. Free blood pressure measurement is included.

The following three tests do not need a provider order: Blood Cholesterol (lipid panel)—REQUIRED TEST, Blood Chemistry (CMP or BMP), and complete blood count (CBC).
