Elizabeth TIF Fund A Win-Win

The Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation (JDCF) has called the Village of Elizabeth's Main Street home since the organization first opened its office in 2003. Recently, JDCF found itself in need of more space to house its growing stewardship staff and equipment and, wishing to stay in Elizabeth, turned to their Tax Increment Financing (TIF) program for help.
