The 2022 Lena-Winslow Lady Panthers established themselves as a major power within the dominant NUIC North. They pushed Aquin to a third game - which was incredibly rare - and finished in a three-way 8-4 second place tie with Dakota and Durand when the final North standings were released.

In addition, they finished an impressive fourth at the Oregon Tournament, and beat defending state champion St. Thomas More in finishing second at the prestegious Mt. Pulaski Tournament. But best of all, they did all of this ... with only one senior on the roster.
