A massive heat wave hampered attendance at the Stephenson County Fair, area sports teams had their last scrimmages and camps as the no-contact week takes place this week, but the biggest story - at least in Lena - was the storm that roared through Friday night - knocking down tress, doing lots of damage, and knocking out power for 16 hours or more depending on where you lived....
