Broshous Trial Update

We’ve received a ton of phone calls and texts looking for an update on what was taking place in regard to the trial of Stephanie Broshous 47 of Stockton after we said we were going to the first court date set back on December 21st.

The was only a plea hearing in Judge Hauser’s Courtroom where the actual trial was scheduled. Broshous was there, with her attorney, and entered a plea of Not Guilty to the charges of Forgery (2 counts) Class 4 Felonies, and Theft of $10K-$100K/School/Church or Government (1 count) a Class 1 Felony.
