Norton Named Senior Vice President

Robin Wilhelms Saar, President and CEO of First State Bank Shannon-Polo-Lake Carroll, has announced the promotion of Jeff Norton to Senior Vice President.

Mr. Norton has 28 years of banking experience and began working at First State Bank in April 2008 as First Vice President. He has been managing our Lake Carroll Branch for nearly 15 years while being active in all areas of Lending and Credit Administration.
