Casper Bluff Grows By 29 Acres

Casper Bluff Preserve, owned and operated by the Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation (JDCF), recently expanded by 29 acres. The preserve now includes over 130 acres of wildlife habitat and public open space.

"Nature is good for one's soul....it provides an inner peace," said Pat Casper. Pat and her husband Dave sold this land to JDCF at a bargain price. "Casper Bluff is a treasure we call home and want to share with others hoping it brings them the same comforts and inner calm, contentment, and memories it has so graciously brought to us."
