Why should you spay or neuter your pet? Spayed and neutered pets are better behaved. They are less likely to roam, yowl, wail, bite, or display aggressive behavior. Intact males will do just about anything to find mates, including escaping your home, which puts them at risk of injury or fights with other males. Roaming can expose your pet to dangerous diseases.
