The Village of Lena would like to make residents aware of the following:
Updated Brush Pick-Up Ordinance
No person shall put on the street the following items: grass clippings, brush/branches, yard waste and leaves. All such items must remain off the pavement and on the easement grass area next to the street. As a courtesy service to residents (residential only), the Village will provide the service of picking up brush/branches on the first and third Mondays of the month starting in April and ending in October, said brush/branches many be placed by the street up to 24 hours before pickup.
