Aquin Reigns Supreme

The long-awaited show down between the Aquin Bulldogs and Galena Pirates finally took place last week, but fans had to drive over a hundred miles to go see it as the top two seeds in the Sectional met in the championship game at Elgin Westminster Christian.

As expected, the game was a battle between Titans as both teams were loaded with hitters and excellent talent – truly setting them apart from the rest of the field all season long – in fact, only Galena had fallen to a 1A team (Champaign St. Thomas More). So, something had to give.
