The Lena-Winslow Panthers shrugged off a sluggish start Friday night and eventually found their groove as they racked up a 52-0 win against the East Dubuque Warriors in Lena.
In a sign of things to come for the visiting Warriors, their opening drive included a run for a loss, a penalty and eventual punt. The Le-Win defense also provided a preview of what they had in store for the night as they shut down that drive and gave the ball to their offense for their first chance to drive for points.
But, the East Dubuque defense showed early they were more than up to the task as well as they thwarted...
