Dakota Cancels Football

The word spread faster than a Covid outbreak, but was no less disheartening – Dakota High School was canceling the rest of their football season.

The official word was shared on the school’s facebook page:

Due to a positive Covid-19 test within our high school football program, we will have to cancel all our games for the rest of the season. This includes the following:

Varsity, April 9th VS Le-Win

JV, April 12th VS East Dubuque

Varsity, April 16th VS Orangeville

JV April 19th VS Galena

Varsity April 23rd VS Stockton

JV April 26th VS Forreston
