Freeport House Fire

Freeport Fire Department units were dispatched to a single family residence for an odor of burning electrical inside the house.

First arriving units found smoke coming from the eaves and upgraded the call to a General Alarm, bringing additional resources.

The fire was found behind a wall in an upstairs bedroom and was quickly extinguished. Extensive overhaul was performed to verify there was no extension to the attic.
