Congratulations to the Northern Illinois Food Bank on being this quarter's 100 Women Who Care recipient. Last week they were awarded $11,900 that will be used to assist NIFB partners within Stephenson County.
Northern Illinois Food Bank has engaged the community in creating access to nutritious groceries for neighbors in need since 1983. Through its network of 35 member food pantries and feeding program sites in Stephenson County, the Food Bank distributed 1.1 million meals this past year.
