The use of animatronics at the house on Revere Street in Freeport set it apart as our first place winner.
Submissions came in, and we must say there were some very impressive Halloween displays that we saw throughout the region – which sparked an idea. Thanks to the sponsorship of Three Headed Monster BBQ in Shannon, Sweetie Me in Lena, and The Cookie Jar in Freeport – we have a nice prize package to give to the three houses picked as winners in our first ever Haunted House Halloween Home Decorating Contest.
