If you were to contact any School District in the region – or even in the state for that matter – and ask them what is the toughest job position they have to fill, the answer would be immediate – Bus Drivers!

Every single school district is in need of either full time or substitute bus drivers – but what makes that job so hard to fill?

To begin with, a CDL is needed to drive one of the large school busses we see on the roads today, and the process of getting a CDL is not simply taking a test.
