The Fair Tax Debate

A friend had the proposal below sent to them, and asked for a reply because they were confused regarding the Fair Tax Amendment that is on the ballot. So ... we felt the debate was worthy of being in print.

Let me begin by saying there is a lot of false information circulating about the Fair Tax. Much of the false information is being funded/circulated by the Illinois Policy Institute (IPI).
