The IHSA has only allowed small groups of athletes to do basic fitness exercises with coaches, so organized football practices are still a long way off. But that doesn't mean there haven't been some major changes being announced.
With student enrollments dwindling, no sport showcases the differences – even among the small schools – more than football.
