Personal Injury Accident

On May 30, at approximately 10:26 pm, the Jo Daviess County dispatch center received a report of an ATV/UTV rollover accident with injuries on North Bellevue Street just to the southeast of South Holland Road in rural Warren.

Upon arrival, Deputies learned that Richard A. Kent (28 of Warren) was operating a red four seater, 2020 Can-Am ATV southbound on N. Bellevue Street.
