Bass Named Illinois Sheriff's Scholarship Winner

Sheriff Kevin Turner presented Mickenzie Bass, daughter of Brian and Michelle Bass of Apple River, with the Illinois Sheriffs' Association Scholarship Award for 2020 - 2021. This scholarship has been awarded to Mickenzie for demonstrating outstanding scholastic, extra-curricular, and character qualities.
