Four Hornets Advance To State

Six students from the Scales Mound FFA made their mark at the District Proficiency Contest in Geneseo, IL, on March 4 after advancing with a first-place finish from the Section Proficiency Contest. The Agricultural Proficiency Awards honor FFA members who, through their SAEs (Supervised Agricultural Experience), have developed specialized skills that they can apply toward their future careers.
