Second Clean Energy District Meeting

The Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation (JDCF) is hosting a third meeting of interested residents to continue the conversation about forming a Clean Energy District here in Jo Daviess County. The meeting will take place Thursday, January 23rd, at 10:30 am, at the Elizabeth Community Building in downtown Elizabeth, IL. The purpose of this meeting is to establish a founding Board for the group and an entity to act as a fiscal sponsor.
