Senior Send Off

"Gabi? Do you want to serve match point," Panther head coach Sue Amendt asked senior Gabi Brinkmeier.

"Who Me?" gasped Brinkmeier.

"I was so scared," she admitted. "I just tried to focus on making sure I got it over."

Get it over she did, but she also did a lot of other nice passes for the Panthers on senior night in their conference battle against the West Carroll Thunder.

"Was that cool or what?" Amendt said with a big grin. "That's what it's all about. Seeing good kids do good things. Gabi was great."

It could be argued that the entire Panther team was great as they only made nine unforced...
