The Pearl City Wolves have had a curse of starting slow in game one, only to bounce back and play strong the rest of a match. While the Stockton Blackhawks have had a tradition this season of coming out of the gate hot, but then fading in game two. So when they locked up for the conference battle in Stockton ... something had to give.
Game one followed format, Stockton came out firing on all cylinders, with Kenze Haas having an exceptionally strong night. With two big stuff blocks at the net, and six kills to lead all players in game one, there were plenty of reasons for her to reveal that big...
