Point To Ponder

Suffering a loss is never easy, and our region got a double whammy recently. Both Colton Drye and Edwin Curry were taken from us far too soon.

Now, before you get the wrong idea, I am not going to wax on about how special each man was to me because … that would be hypocritical. I didn’t really know either one.

Sure, I knew who they were, but the relationship I shared with each of them was relegated to a smile and head nod, or casual, “hello”. So it would be hypocritical of me to talk about how much their loss meant to me.

But just because I didn’t know them well, doesn’t mean they weren’t both...
