The Illinois State Police (ISP) is launching a Civilian Crash Reporting System (CCRS) that allows the public to create a crash report online without having to wait roadside for a Trooper to respond. Fatal Crash Investigation On Saturday, July 22, at approximately 10:00 pm, Stephenson County Sheriff’s Office and Freeport Police Department personnel responded to the area of S. Walnut Road and W.
