He was born in Stockton on July 3, 1936 to the late Herman and Ruby (Wilcox) Pohl. Clyde married Janice Lingle on June 17, 1956 at Trinity Lutheran Church of Derinda. Pet registrations are now done at Jo Daviess County Animal Control at 9483 US Route 20 W, Galena. Dog owners are able to register through the mail or in person.
