    On November 14th, our chapter competed in the Section One Agronomy CDE. The high school agronomy team placed 2nd overall. Individually, Karl Hubb placed 6th, Ashlyn Schubert placed 7th, Amber Haas placed 9th, and Michael Haas placed 10th.     Section Poultry Judging CDE On January 31st, the Stockton FFA chapter had 28 members, 10 High School and 18 Junior High, participate in the Section One FFA Poultry CDE. The high school team placed 2nd overall. Individually, Joseph Brudi placed 3rd and Emma Demeter placed 4th.   • Stockton Scavanger Hunt

    The Stockton FFA Chapter will be holding the Community Scavenger Hunt again this year. The goal of this event is to promote shopping locally in Stockton for the holiday season. The event runs from December 1st to 15th. We have nine businesses participating this year including: Glad Rags, Subway, JJ & Freddies, NAPA, Savvy Scavengers, Hartig Drug, Sullivan's Foods, Spahn & Rose, and Ace Hardware. How does it work?     National FFA Convention The Stockton FFA Chapter attended the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana, from October 27 to 30. On our way to the convention, we stopped at Fair Oak Farms where we learned how cows are milked and how the milk is processed.     I am excited to share that the Stockton FFA Chapter's Spaghetti Supper and Auction held on September 25th at the Stockton High School to raise funds for the new greenhouse project was a success!     The Stockton FFA chapter is putting up a greenhouse! We plan to complete the project by the spring of 2023. This is going to be a major project and improvement to our program that will provide numerous learning opportunities for the students at Stockton.     During the week of February 22nd, the Stockton FFA Chapter celebrated National FFA Week. There were dress-up days for every day of the week, which included Blue and Gold Day, America Day, Chapter T-Shirt Day, Camo Day, and Flannel Friday. We had various activities throughout the week.
